Who we are and what we offer

MakeMyMD (www.makemymd.com) is an online service operated by Eurodmc Dijital Marka Çözümleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“MakeMyMD”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern the relationship between us and anyone who visits the site, creates an account or buys a paid plan (“you”). By using the site you agree to these terms.

MakeMyMD turns a brand's visual language (colors, typography, spacing, components) into a DESIGN.md file that AI coding tools can read, together with theme.css, variables.css, tailwind.css and tokens.json. The design system library, the wizard and the community showcase are available with a free account. Brand analysis (measuring a public web page that you own or are authorised to analyse on behalf of its brand in a real browser, and having the result written with AI) is part of Pro.

Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure. To buy a paid plan you must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country; the service is not intended for anyone under 16.

Plans, payment and renewal

Current plans and prices are on the Pricing page. Prices are in US dollars; depending on your country, tax may be added at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues your invoice, handles tax and deals with customer service inquiries about payments and refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

• Subscriptions (Pro, Team and Agency) renew automatically for the period you chose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel them; payment is taken at the start of each period.
• You can move to another plan or billing period on the Membership page; the difference is billed right away, or credited against your next invoice, pro-rated to the remaining days of the period.
• You can cancel at any time with “Manage subscription” on the Membership page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for; your plan (and, on Team and Agency, your team's access) stays active until then and no further payment is taken.
• We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance; a new price applies from your next renewal.
• Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Analysis quota and extra packs

• Paid plans include brand analyses per calendar month (UTC): 10 on Pro, 40 on Team and 100 on Agency. Unused analyses do not roll over; on the yearly plans the quota also renews every month.
• Extra analysis packs are sold to paid plan owners only, stay in the account until used and can be used while the plan is active.
• Re-opening the same address within 24 hours and analyses that fail are not counted; if a failed analysis used a pack credit, the credit is returned.
• To keep the service available, the site's total daily analysis capacity may be limited temporarily.

Team and Agency plans

• Whoever buys a Team or Agency plan owns the team. With single-use invite links they can build a team of up to 3 people on Team or 10 on Agency, including themselves, and remove members at any time.
• The monthly quota, extra pack credits and the analysis archive are shared by the team, and team members can see each other's analyses. Only the person who ran an analysis can share it with the community.
• Every member signs in with their own account; accounts are not shared. The team owner is responsible for payment, invoices and the team's use of the service in line with these terms.
• If the plan gets smaller or ends, members beyond its seats (starting with the most recent) lose access until the plan grows again. Members can leave a team at any time; someone with their own subscription cannot join a team.

Acceptable use

You may use brand analysis only for sites you own or are authorised to analyse on behalf of their brand. You confirm this before every analysis; your confirmation is recorded together with the address and time.

You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with these terms. In particular, you must not:

• analyse sites you do not own or are not authorised to analyse;
• try to analyse pages that require a login, sit on private networks or that you are not allowed to access;
• try to get around limits, security measures or payment steps, or use the service in bulk with automated tools or overload it;
• use analysis output to imitate a brand, mislead consumers or infringe anyone's trademarks or other intellectual property;
• post content in comments or shares that is illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading, spam or that contains other people's personal data.

We may remove content that breaks these rules, unpublish shared analyses and suspend or close the accounts involved.

Third-party brands and AI output

Library templates are MakeMyMD's independent reviews of the colors, typography and spacing visible on brands' public websites. They are not official brand guidelines; MakeMyMD is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands. Brand names are used only to identify the site reviewed; brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.

No screenshots, logos or copy belonging to brands are published in the library or the community showcase: card images are generated from each template's own colors and fonts. Screenshots taken during members' analyses are shown only to the owner of the analysis and never become public, even when the analysis is shared.

Rights holders can ask us to remove content they believe infringes their rights at [email protected]. We review requests promptly and take down content where the request is justified.

Analyses are produced with automated measurement and AI and may contain errors or omissions. Output is provided “as is” for reference. You are responsible for how you use it and for making sure your own products do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Content and licences

• You may use the output of the analyses you run in your own projects.
• Designs you publish to the community showcase are released under CC0 1.0, as you confirm when publishing.
• When you share an analysis, you allow us to publish it on the site and allow paid plan members to view, download and fork its files for their own projects. You can stop sharing at any time; copies made before that are not affected.
• You grant us a free, perpetual licence to display the comments you post on the site; you are responsible for their content.
• We own the rights to the site's software, design and text.

Changes to the service and availability

We may change, add or remove features to improve the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; maintenance or third-party infrastructure issues can cause temporary outages. We give advance notice of changes that significantly affect paid features.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not affect liability for intent or gross negligence, or the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page; if you have an active subscription, cancel it first. When your account is deleted, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that seriously breach these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We announce significant changes on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
